Orders will not be shipped until payment has cleared. Please allow 3 to 5 days clearing time for E-Check payments.

Return Policy:

All fragrance and color sales are final. We recommend that you try sample sizes first. Please do not contact us for a refund for any size of fragrance or color that you have ordered. For sanitary reasons, we cannot take them back nor resell them. Please be aware of this policy prior to calling us. No exceptions will be made.

All Glassware Sales are Final- We do not except any returns on any of our glassware.

Due to the fact that wax may differ from batch to batch, we cannot guarantee that all batches will be identical. Therefore, we do not accept returns on wax sales.

Receiving Broken Merchandise- All of our merchandise is inspected for damage prior to shipping. If you receive merchandise that is broken, please be aware that we do not replace any broken or damaged merchandise that occurred during transit. Please report all damaged merchandise to your local post office if shipped by US mail or UPS claims department at 1-800-742-5877, and they will process your claim for any damaged merchandise. Items shipped via Priority mail are not insured, so it is to your advantage to have your merchandise insured prior to shipment. Also, please contact UPS in the case that you’re tracking number is showing that your package has been delivered, but you did not receive it. UPS may have miss-delivered the package, and it is their responsibility to locate the merchandise's whereabouts.

If you desire to return merchandise to us:
1. The merchandise must be unopened and in its original packaging.
2. The merchandise must be in resalable condition.
3. The customer pays the shipping and a 15% restocking fee.
4. The customer is to call us at 330-412-9209 for return authorization. Any returns made without authorization will not be allowed.

Please report any missing merchandise or order mistakes within 48 hours of delivery. After 48 hours from delivery, we will conclude that your order was completed accurately and no refunds or exchanges will be accepted after that time.

Shipping Information

Shipping is calculated automatically by our shopping cart for your convenience. There is a base shipping cost of $3.85 added to all orders and then 5% of your order total.

Orders are shipped via USPS priority mail OR UPS ground shipping.
Please provide both your mailing & shipping address at check out.

If you would like to add insurance to your order, please email us after placing the order for the insurance fees that will apply.

If you are in the Canton,OH area and would prefer to pick up your order, email us or call us and your shipping fees will be taken off of your order before we charge your credit card.

The shipping Charges Calculated by the shopping cart are Approximate. All Orders will be charged the shipping cost that we pay to ship your order. Usually the shipping Calculated with your order will be very close to the amount it will cost to ship your order. If your order cost more or less to ship than the Calculator had figured your invoice packed with your order will show the exact amount charged to your credit card. Heavy weight shipments sometimes will be less than the shopping cart calculator will show. If you pay with paypal and the shipping is less than figured you will be sent a refund with your order, if paying with a credit card you will only be billed the actual shipping cost when your card is processed.
